Here is how to order pottery from Al Tyrrell Pottery.  It's simple.
Please read below for all the details.

HOW TO ORDER FROM AL TYRRELL POTTERY:
Browse the website and select the item(s) you'd like to purchase.
Then call or e-mail me.  I appreciate your support and enjoy meeting my customers face to face.  Lets chat about your order: the item(s) you want, the color you want it in, how many you want, when you want it and how much it will cost to get it.

I'm happy to e-mail you pictures of my pots.  The photos on the
website are just samples but are good representatives of my work.  Sometimes I'll have what you want in stock.  If so, I'll ship the item(s) in 2-3 days.  If I need to make all or part of your order the delivery time can take up to 10 weeks.  Every attempt will be made to fill your order in a timely manner.  If timing is important please indicate that when you order.

Inquiries from galleries, stores and wholesale buyers are welcome.

Type your order on the pre-addressed email message form.  
List the item(s) you want with the item(s) name, glaze color, size and quantity.  Please include the date you need the order.  Be sure to supply your shipping address and a daytime phone number where I can reach you to confirm receiving your order, schedule the delivery date and discuss deposit/shipping/handling fees.

Sure, it's slow, but it works.  Write up your order.  List the item(s) name, glaze color, size and quantity.  Add up your order and include a check for half the amount for your 50% deposit.  Don't forget to send a shipping address and a phone number.  I'll contact you to arrange the delivery schedule and balance due, including the  shipping/handling fees. 

ORDER TERMS:
All prices are listed in US dollars.  I accept checks and cash.
A deposit of 50% of the total order is required.
A handling fee of 5% will be added to the total order.
An estimated shipping fee will be given to you at the time of your
  order.  

All orders are shipped UPSP insured unless other arrangements are
made at the time the order is placed.  All orders are packed for safe arrival.  However, if an item arrives damaged it will be replaced at no additional charge to you.  Items will be replaced as soon as possible
depending on what is in stock and the production schedule. 

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for exchange or credit, less the shipping charges.  Pieces must be returned unused, in undamaged condition, packed in the original packaging material, for a full credit.  Special request orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
